Why is not Cannon Busters on MAL?

Today Netflix released the Anime Cannon Busters. When I wanted to pack it but on MyAnimeList just on the plan to watch list he was not there.

Is there a reason for that?

Weil's an English-language US cartoon series and has nothing to look for with MyAnimeList.

Because this is an American fantasy comic series.

Therefore it is not anime.

I actually thought it was an anime because Netflix also called it a "fantasy anime." Thank you so much for the enlightenment

Netflix can't be taken seriously in terms of category and many other things in something. ^^

Produced in Japan (by Studio Satelight), financed (among others) by a British and a Taiwanese company, based on the work of an American. MAL probably does not know how to handle it. Or. Is their point of view that Japan should be in the foreground in terms of production, as you can see on other "Netflix Originals", such as: Seven Seeds or Sword Gai, which can be found on MAL.

Such international productions are likely to take place in the future. But think less that MAL will adapt to it.
