I couldn't even think of one.
What I can warmly recommend - and I hope that's okay because it doesn't answer your question - is Ranma 1/2. Is a fairly old anime that tackles the topic quite interestingly at that time.

I just spontaneously think of Madoka Magica, which has Shoujo-Ai elements, otherwise Eccentric Family with drawbacks.
But unfortunately you have to buy the BD for titles like Bloom into You, there's still no legal stream for that.
