If it does not have to be on Netflix itself, I would recommend Citrus (available for free at Crunchyroll) with advertising

There's no pure Yuri anime on netflix.

The most obvious would be with Yuri / Shojo-Ai-baits Madoka Magica, otherwise there's complete lull.

There's not much Yuri with action, that does not fit with Netflix.
