An interesting question that interests me why Netflix anime or a whole series of films is removed, eg Charlotte or assasinnation classroom, or both were removed. Are there reasons for violation or how?

Is that the case with every anime?
I don't know if all series have been removed
But it may be due to the licenses that have expired.
The same thing happened at fast & furious
all are currently following again on netflix
maybe all.
oh and not only animes are affected

Yes, Netflix original only means that it only has Netflix (at least if you look legally) if I'm not mistaken
Netflix is original either because they bought the rights completely (i.e. Lifetime license) or if one of their studios is producing. Also there lifelong license

Because every series, film or similar is based on licenses that have a specific term. If these are shortly before the end of the contract, the click / viewing rate is checked - if it does not fit, it will be removed. If it fits, extend it.
As a rule, series licenses are required to run Netflix. Once these have expired, it will either be extended or discontinued, depending on how well the series was received by viewers.
