Fate already 2 seasons looked in wrong order and now?

I have no idea on Netflix with Fate / stay night (or [Unlimited Blade Works]) and then fate / zero started, then when I wanted to watch the next fate anime, I noticed that there are many more parts, I have Looked around as the order is, but how am I supposed to look after seeing the parts? Actually, I do not even know if it was the wrong order, but it felt wrong to start on fate / stay night (I did not understand anything).
