Wall mount for TV 58 inches, swiveling?

the distance sofa - TV about 3 meters, TV 58 inches

Floor - ceiling about 2 1/2 meters

Would you recommend a wall mount in general? (watch a lot of Netflix), is there more fun watching? Is it generally better (for the neck / back)?

What tips do you have? Which wall mounts would you recommend? Ode is enough the television table, which can be seen in the picture…
