I wonder if the series "Finger Way" is real or if it is all just played. For me it all comes across as played, especially as if people don't even notice the cameras there.

Think the majority is real.
It is not worth faking the stuff. Would come out on the same. Real actors also cost more money, and all the characters are just influencers on Instagram.

I think it's played. I find many moments extremely exaggerated. Seriously. If you know that you will receive 100,000 euro in prize money, can't you pull yourself together for a few weeks? The participants behave as if they had to do without food for 4 weeks.
Apart from the fact that a few motivational and trust exercises don't change your character right away.
It is the same with 'The Circle' (also from Netflix), although I still think that they are limited due to the lack of visual contact and the manufacturer's specifications. Could be the same with 'Finger away'.
I think it's played, mainly because all participants happen to be all more or less well-known models! Chloe has just under 1 million. Subscriptions on Insta!
Also because it is totally exaggerated and you can pull yourself together for 100,000 times! Still, I think the series is very nice
