I saw the first season on Netflix. There are now 4 seasons and wanted to watch the second one. Does it already exist in German and if so where can I watch it?
There's no belief in German yet. On the well-known streaming sites there are MHA with German subtitles. But you can't expect more than that. Apart from that, the English subtitles are usually translated more correctly.
You can legally watch all seasons and the film on Anime on Demand. If a German synchronization is available, it is also offered there. Otherwise, everything is also offered with German subtitles.

English is better. And there will be up to season 4.
