You can look further on Anime on Demand, but as I have seen you have to borrow the episodes there and it costs.
Bleach has a total of 366 episodes. The manga, which is the template, was not completely adapted.
Bleach was originally not completely dubbed in German and the publication was then canceled in this country.
A few years ago Kazé got the license from Bleach and since then has been republishing the remaining episodes.

Not necessarily. The action of the films is independent of the actual story.
However, some of the films could spoil certain skills that individual characters only show / learn later in the story.
