Sure, I could actually use teamviewer, but I only need multimedia buttons (start, stop, quieter / louder, etc.) and so if I have a look at the pc netflix or something and lie in bed while teamviewer is not so practical. Does anyone know such an app?
The operating systems are Android 9 and Windows 10.
For some TV models there are apps that can be used to control the TV via an app, i.e. To make inputs. This requires meaningful Google keywords with TV model, brand, etc.
Of course it works, google for "remote control" in the Playstore. If you have Windows 10 pro, there's also an app from Microsoft. Otherwise other providers.
But I solved that better: A simple radio mouse with min. 3 buttons and a small program (freeware) called X-mouse button control. In the application, you set "enlarge" to 200% on the middle mouse button. You can use it to operate your PC from your bed and if you can't see something, click on the middle button (or another one of your choice) and enlarge the image (works well with multi-monitor setup or if you e.g. Want to take a closer look at a nice actress → Zoom in the film)! You will find out the rest yourself!
