Zombieland and The Babysitter are probably the only good horror comedies on Netflix, I think. Maybe Slaughterhouse Rulez as well.
But from April 30th there will be the series Ash vs. Evil Dead, which is a must for every horror / slasher comedy fan. The series is the sequel to the Evil Dead films, but you can actually watch it without any prior knowledge.
