The only German provider for Hunter X Hunter is ProsiebenMAXX. You just have to wait for a new broadcast, which will very likely come back. ProsiebenMAXX also has all the consequences on dub. Otherwise there's no way around the volumes.
Edit: By the only German provider I mean the one who has everything completely.
