We've had the stick for a while. Have downloaded Netflix there and would like to watch something there but the stick 'does not work'. That When I'm at the home page it says 'Home is currently not available' and that is just a network error. I re-entered the Wi-Fi and entered the password; multiple times. But that is not even found / displayed anymore. We have the same Wi-Fi for the cell phone and the Wi-Fi works great there. I've already pulled the stick plug but that doesn't change anything. That was in the past but don't remember what we did. At some point the Wi-Fi went again. But would like it to work again, would someone know what the problem is and what I can do?
Restart the router.
If that doesn't work, then reset the stick.
