Why was the German synchro interrupted or stopped by Sherlock Holmes?

I'm going to watch Sherlock Holmes on Netflix. In season two, second episode, however, I noticed that there's no longer any German dubbing. Is this a mistake? Or have the recordings been discontinued?

I really hope that someone could give me a short explanation because I can't find anything on Google.

I just tried it again. Definitely in German. Have a look in the audio settings.
