Hi folks I have had Netflix for a few months and I have given the subscription for tablet and cellphone. How can I change it so that it works on cellphones and TVs?
Actually, you don't have to change anything. Simply log off on the tablet and log on to the TV.
Netflix is not based on the number of devices but on the number of active viewers. A Netflix account (with the highest subscription as an example) can have a maximum of 4 devices / people viewed at the same time.
At the beginning of the registration you had to choose which devices you would like to watch Netflix on
If you have not specified Smart TV and tablet then you can't watch netflix on the devices
If you did so anyway, check how many people are logged into netflix.
Subscription plan:
Base: 1 device
Standard: 2 devices
Premium: Up to four devices
