Alexa fire tv stick not responding?

My Alexa remote control understands me and answers but then doesn't

me: "play set it up"

Alexa: "Calling set it up on Netflix"

TV: nothing

Why is that so?

Restart of Fire TV Stick and also of the TV. Not just on and off with the TV remote control, but power on and off.
