Is radio advertising legal?

Once again post for the broadcasting contribution, I wondered, why I pay this actually, if I have to hear on the radio daily over 60min advertising? That would be as if I would pay for Netflix and would still have advertising…

Da

About the broadcasting contribution are financed only the public broadcasters, and send the barely advertising, in contrast to the private broadcasters.

In public radio you have only before the news (until 20:00 clock) advertising and Sundays and holidays no advertising.

However in the private radio area…

I agree with you, but the question was whether advertising should be allowed? That would not be a neutral radio show anymore, because the companies that pay the most money for your advertising get the longest advertising time.

The private broadcasters finance themselves exclusively through advertising, and the public-law may send a limited number of commercials, without them, the broadcasting fee would be significantly higher. And so completely ad-free and Netflix is probably not

The individual contributions remain neutral, or is the advertising hidden in it? It becomes difficult when, as in blogs, advertising is no longer distinguishable from actual articles.

As long as the listener can clearly distinguish between advertising and the editorial contribution, I see no problem.
