If it's really just about series that came out in 2020, I've actually seen a few lately:

Spinning Out (unfortunately discontinued, but extremely good and dramatic and also very interesting because it is also about a serious illness and competition in figure skating)

Dracula (by the creators of Sherlock, has only 3 episodes in length, of which I only really liked the first two, but which was very good and violent)

AJ and the queen (less exciting, more interestingly crazy and funny)

October Faction (for a lot of trash, but I thought it was cool)

I'm silent for you (megagenial mini series with so many plot twists)

Luna Nera (for fans of witches)

Ragnarök (for fans of superheroes and mythology and a really cool landscape)

Cagaster of an insect Cage (strange but somehow cool anime)

Locke & Key (RICHIG GEIL)

Gentefied (something different)

Women of the night (extremely violent in my opinion)

Madam C.J. Walker (should especially see women)

The letter for the king (like a Game of Thrones for younger people)

Unorthodox (fully interesting mini series)

Outer Banks (one of the best series I've seen recently)
