According to Togashi, he says he's taking a break and eventually moving on, but the manga company's demand is too much stress for him and he doesn't want to continue. I also noticed that he was addicted to gambling and had an illness.

This is not exactly known at the moment, it will probably take some time until the series comes on Netflix. Only when the series is released with German dubbing will it probably be on Netflix, so I'm tending towards the end of 2021.

If Netflix can and wants to buy the licenses, the rest of HxH will also be published on Netflix. When and if Netflix is planning this is currently not known.

For your information: the 2011 series is not finished either because the manga is still going on. But no new episodes appear because the mangaka has been paused for about 2 years due to illness (sounds like a slipped disc or a broken hip to me).

This is not yet known but it will probably end in 2021 so we have to wait but in any case there will be no new flights
