I knew it was season 3 somewhere. Your description only allowed the conclusion that it must be in season 3. Then I looked at a list of the episodes (only the names), thought about it for a moment and then knew immediately.

I can do that with a lot of series, by the way. I see the name of the episode or the first few seconds and immediately know what's going to happen.
