Why isn't Spiderman 2 on netflix?

I saw Spiderman (with Tobey Maguire) and then had to watch the third part without having seen the second. Does anyone know why there's no first and third part of spiderman, but not the second part?

Because Spiderman 2 is a Marvel film, it belongs to Disney and has been on Disney Plus since the start of Disney Plus in Germany.

other Spiderman films are from Sony, for example.
