I, my mother and my brother each month according to the cable Germany contract 1000gb data volume available. I want to know if that is enough for us 3. I stream 2 hours a day into FHD 60 FPS League of Legends and play 3-4 hours daily outside of the stream. The rest of the day I watch some videos on YouTube. My brother also plays about as much League as I do and also watches a lot of YouTube. My mother looks a lot on Netflix and YouTube and hangs around on Facebook a lot. Can someone tell me if the internet could be enough?

Check if your router logs the data usage. Everything would be there.
There are also programs for the PC, but log only what is about the PC.
