Follow Naruto swapped tv now?

I have just watched the first 10 season of Naruto Shippuden on netflix and would like to continue watching it in German somehow and have seen e.g. Tv now but aren't the whole episodes totally mixed up? I'm afraid to look through it more closely because of the spoilers and such.
