Change the brightness on the tv at netflix?

I have a telefunken tv and if i want to watch something it is usually very dark can someone tell me how to change the brightness on netflix on the tv?

Regardless of Netflix and other channels or services, this should be done under 'Settings' … Sound, picture, brightness, contrast, etc.
