My question is where I can legally watch HxH season 4 or the other episodes, as only 3 seasons are available on Netflix.

Episodes 59 - 88 are available on Aniverse (Prime Channel), the rest only on disc.

You can still buy episodes 89-112 on Amazon Prime Video for 75 euro. Incidentally, the series is still running at ProSieben MAXX.
