Netflix naruto shippuden not all episodes?

Hi, I wanted to know if there are any episodes missing on Netflix Naruto shippuden because I'm really surprised that there are only 10 seasons. I thought there was more and now the question arises whether there are important consequences that I should watch elsewhere
