I stopped watching netflix naruto shippuden for 3 seasons then i was a total ideot and deleted all my series from looking ahead i can find the other series but no naruto etc please need help i want to watch naruto

The Boruto series is on TVNow, up to episode 51. Up to the current episode with German subtitles on Crunchyroll. It is not yet known whether Boruto will also come to Netflix.

So that's why. Since you are currently not in DE or the other countries mentioned, you can't watch Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, as the Netflix streaming provider in Turkey does not own the licenses for the anime. So you need VPN if you want to keep looking.
Btw that also means that you can now watch anime that are not available here, but have been licensed by the Turkish Netflix.
