I'm currently a mega naruto fan but there are only 10 seasons of naruto Classic on Netflix. Where else could I watch them?
Naruto Classic is complete on Netflix. Everything else is Shippuden.
It's all episodes on Netflix. With Naruto Shippuden, however, it is not complete.
You can legally watch it on TVNOW, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Crunchyroll or as a DVD / Blu-ray.

You confused it with Shippuden. Naruto Classic there are only 9 seasons of. Shippuden has only 10 out of 26 on Netflix. But Classic is all on Netflix.
