Up to what part does Haikyuu have Netflix online? I would like to get the manga, but since I don't have enough money for all of them, I only want the ones I haven't watched on Netflix yet. So up to what part does Netflix have those online?

You better watch haikyuu season 4 because it will soon be over. And then you can save the money because the manga (the German one) is hardly any further than the anime. If not behind it.
So you better take the money and put it in another manga series that is not up to date with the anime or shortly after / before it. You can buy the HaikIi series later, but it just makes no sense to invest in them.

The third season ends at volume 21, you would then have to continue reading from volume 22. However, this will only appear from February 2021.

Until then you can also watch the OVA Land vs Sky (Vol. 22 and 23), and then the soon-to-end fourth season (Vol. 24 - 33) - all on Wakanim with subtitles.
Or you can buy the English volumes, which are available up to volume 41.
