It's available on netflix. So the earth is destroyed and there's chaos. So climate change and such. And in space all the rich are people. And there's a man who works on earth and is then irradiated or something. He only has a short time to live and he somehow wants to go into space because they can save him there.
He then puts on an exoskeleton so that he can move. Then he goes to some criminals and they forge his passports and fly him into space a few ships are destroyed but he manages.

Strong scenes: Slum America, impoverished people build robots to replace them, in the social welfare office there's only a talking doll behind the desk. And the rich live in luxury on their space station.
