Where can I watch Harry Potter? So on services like Netflix or Prime where I would also pay per month
I'm not aware of any such site. I wanted to do that a few weeks ago, but didn't go anywhere legally - and I haven't found anything illegal either, but that doesn't mean anything. Then I ordered the DVD on Ebay.

They came up more often on Amazon Prime, but whether that happened again is questionable. Everyone starts their own service. They would be there at some point when they come to Germany, definitely at HBO Max.
But you definitely don't want to wait that long. ^^ Would you then have to buy or borrow?
As I said, I can't assure you whether Amazon Prime will get the license again and I don't want to say anything wrong now.
You can easily borrow them on amazon. The cost per film is only a few euro.
