What are you doing to relax and unwind? I often go to YouTube or Netflix, but I notice that I'm still tired afterwards. Therefore my question: what do you do to relax / unwind, away from streaming platforms / internet etc.
I would also be interested in what you do when it rains?

That doesn't relax me. I'd rather go out then. Healthy body = healthy mind.
Drawing, fitness, going out with friends, eating O.o, writing stories (in my case for a manga) :)

I'm going through the forest.
To go for a walk. To go biking. Talk to neighbors, gardening.
Friends out, or just get some fresh air, maybe lie down to read a book, otherwise I often watch films
Try yoga or meditate, that relaxes a lot. Speak from my own experience, because I used to be exhausted very often without a real reason. Otherwise I can still recommend drawing!
