Will Amazon Prime Video Get Better Than Netflix Soon?
Think as long as you still have to pay for a large part of Amazon Prime Video nothing will change
Since you care about the quantity:
Prime Video subscription: 6,633 titles
Netflix: 4,552 tracks
Amazon Video can be bought and / or rented: 26,737 titles (including the Prime subscription titles)
Netflix videos can be bought and / or rented: 0 titles!
And another comparison:
Prime subscription costs: 7.99 euro / month or 69 euro / year → HD and 6 user profiles
Netflix costs: 7.99 euro / month → no HD and 1 user profile and you pay almost 100 euro a year for this; no annual price; HD and more user profiles only for a surcharge which became more expensive again in 2021, over 150 euro per year.
I don't understand why people expect Amazon to provide half their program for free, they already have more titles and take less money.
Define "better"!
