Go through the night?

Hi. I have school tomorrow and should sleep long ago, but I'm afraid that if I sleep now I won't wake up tomorrow. I decided to go through the night. It works pretty well with Netflix and so on for a long time. I'm just afraid that I won't get through school tomorrow and fall asleep there. Does anyone have any tips on how I can get my tiredness under control or get through the day well?

Oh god, I had those times too. So I've learned from time to time that it is much better to sleep at least 1-2 hours. It totally saves the day.

Do 2 things:

Set an alarm clock every 15 minutes, with different annoying tones so you don't get used to the sound. Set it earlier than your normal wake-up time, because you ALWAYS turn off the first alarm clock.
Move your phone further away so that you have to get up if you want to turn off the alarm.

It always worked for me. Otherwise, just sit down, look for exciting Netflix series and ideally spend it on social media, because that takes a lot of time away. Look at some old photos, go to the bathroom every hour, and wash your face with cold water.

Make sure you try to sleep! Set yourself a few more alarm clocks than usual. If you go through the night you are extremely tired after school and then sleep at home. Then the same thing starts again. If you've done this before, stay awake during the day and return to normal sleep in the evening.

I would still lie down, no matter what time it is now. Even 2-3 hours can be very relaxing and quite enough.
