Watch Attack on titan for free and legally?

Since Netflix shut down some time ago, I wanted to look around, but you either have to do a trial subscription or buy it directly and I definitely don't want to watch illegally. Does anyone know where I can legally watch aot for free (no trial subscription)? Please only if it is in German / Japanese with German or English subtitles.
