Love Death + Robot (animated series with horror too, must-see if you like sci-fi, it's VERY safe on Netflix)
Westworld (Artificial Intelligence, probably not on Netflix)
The Mandalorian (Star Wars Universe, mainstream but good)
Science fiction with spaceships
Firefly (Cowboy Style Sci-Fi, but the best ever)
The Expanse (expansion in the solar system)
Altered Carbon (immortality + spread to multiple stars)
Stargate Atlantis (expansion into other galaxies)
Stargate Universe
