Does a projector have netflix on it?

Hay people have an empty room I would like to make it a home theater and would like to buy a projector.
but I hardly know anything about it.
can i pair it with my cellphone so i can watch netflix?
can i link the projector to my soundbar?
now does not want to spend more than 400 euro.
at amazon i saw reasonable projectors.
but don't know their advantages…
