You can buy Netflix via a Turkish VPN, then you pay the equivalent of 5 euro for the 4K account.

If you want to buy Netflix and are alone then there's the possibility to get the basic package for 7.99 or the standard package for 10.99. You have a slightly worse resolution in the packages, but that's not the world unless you're a big fan of it.

Sharing a premium package with strangers is absolutely not a good idea.
