Kakegurui is based on a manga and the anime practically caught up with him. These are the last 2 episodes of the anime only filler (so fictitious). More specifically, Rei's existence in the anime is fictitious to lengthen the anime so that enough material is enough for a second season.

For a third season you have to be patient for a very long time.
