About a year ago I watched an anime on Netflix that I want to watch again now, but I forgot the name.
I'm trying to get a few plot snippets together.

It was about two siblings who are going to a new school. The older brother has superpowers and the little sister gets hers later when it turns out that their childhood experiments were carried out with children who have superpowers. I believe the reason that children were born with these powers was a meteorite that flew past the earth.
I hope someone can relate to the description.
I'd really like to watch the anime again because I've forgotten so much about it.
