Psycho anime?

Hello I have a question about anime at black Lagoon in season 2 Does anyone know of these psycho siblings where 2 psycho siblings kill people as the main characters

Preferably on Netflix…

Netflix's offering is limited to around 30 titles. With so little choice, you can't make any demands on genres or similarities.

You can find no siblings but a couple as killer in:

• Baccano

• Phantom: Requiem of a Phantom

• Noir

As mentioned at the beginning, they are of course not on Netflix.

I can't find it on Netflix?

Where can I find a larger selection of anime?
