Can I watch Netflix High School Dxd?

Do I need VPN for this?

Highschool DxD runs on Anime on Demand.

Looked up degrees, there's no high school DxD.

But when I type in Google, there's a link to it on netflix. When I click on it, I end up on the Netflix homepage, it is probably not available in Europe.
