You can legally watch all episodes that have been released in Germany so far on Anime on Demand.

Kazé currently still publishes the episodes on disc, which then appear on AoD shortly after the disc release.
And where do you keep looking from season 8?
Not in German at first. You can wait there.
With German subtitles I only know illegal sites, which I will not post here. Not recommended because, as I said, illegal, and the subs are poorly translated and sometimes very difficult to read.
