What is the name of this Netflix series - Werewolves and Witches?

In one episode, a red-haired girl (apparently a witch?) Has her birthday (on a full moon). She invites as many people as possible and poisons them or wants them all to die.

There seem to be werewolves and witches in the show, maybe vampires and other beings too, I don't know.
