I'm not a Disney or Netflix employee, but unfortunately there won't be any more seasons for either series.
The third season of The Troll Hunters was the final season. So there won't be a fourth season. The Magician is a limited series. That means there will only be one season.
But it will continue with these series. A film: Trollhunters Rise of the Titans is slated to appear on Netflix this year. This is where the three series meet: Troll Hunters, Three From Above and The Magicians Together. This film will be the finale of this series.

No as far as I don't know. Netflix has only announced that the film should come in 2021.
