Netflix has released the first 10 seasons of Shippuden, but when will season 11-21 or the remaining seasons come? Does anyone already know about it? And where else can I watch them in sync?

Yes, all the episodes are there on Anime4You.
Shippuden is ok Prime in Canada (I use VPN) but the only language is french, only french audio and french subtitles.
